If you read this article it means that you are engaged in gambling in some measures or at least you are interested in it. Anyway, we would like you to get familiar with information given below and fairly hope it will make you more conversant in some gambling issues.
Casino Dealers
Even in case you have never been to any casino you are definitely aware of dealers' presence there. Actually, land based casinos can't do without such employees that help visitors with different organizational issues and manage games for gamblers. It is not a big secret that first thing casino dealers should learn is a professional card shuffling. First of all this process is very important to play a casino game honestly since good shuffle of cards provides the proper randomization which is a significant factor for honest game.
Shuffling methods
There are lots of various shuffling techniques that can be used by a casino dealer. Some of them are quite easy to learn and provide less effective randomization of a deck while others are rather difficult to perform but more effective in ensuring of fair game.A However, the principle 'the more difficult shuffle you use, the better game you have' is absolutely wrong. Let's take a look at the most widely-spread shuffling methods amongst gamblers.
Overhand shuffle
This is one of the simplest methods to shuffle cards. Every card player can easily learn it and perform even playing with friends. All you have to do is to pull cards with a right thumb. Firstly, put the thumb on the back side of the deck and your little, ring and middle fingers are on the face side of this deck. The deck of cards is in your right hand and now you have to pull cards from the deck by your right thumb to the right hand.
Riffle shuffle
Casino dealers split the deck into two approximately equal parts. Take the part of deck in your right hand: your thumb is on the top edge of the deck while the middle, ring and little fingers are on the bottom edge and your index finger should be set against the back side of a deck so that you can push on the deck.A Do the same thing with the part in a left hand. Then put your hands close to each other (the thumbs should scarcely touch each other) and riffle the cards together. The last means you have to squeeze two parts of the deck together. Repeat this procedure but add to it more pressure at the moment of upward half-divided deck. Then release it a bit and you will have a waterfall cascading effect.
